Srishti Gupta
Srishti, has joined our Compliance team with a focus on Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations and legal compliance. In her last role, she was working at SMC Global Securities Limited (NSE BSE Listed Company) and looked after various listing compliances.
She holds a dual qualification in Company Secretary along with LLB providing a robust foundation in legal and regulatory practices crucial for the operations. Apart from this, she has also completed Anti-Money laundering course from Indian Institute of Banking & Finance.
